Mandalay Bay eats

We're going to Mandalay bay tomorrow for the Mannheim Steamroller
Xmas concert. For some strange reason, I've only been in the place
once in my life, my visit happening five days after they opened and
consisting of walking in the place, seeing that stupid statue next
to "Red Square", rolling my eyes, and walking out.

What I'd like to know is, does anyone have a dinner recommendation
for the in-house reataurants (or a disrecommendation)? I have some
leftover points from the Circus-owned Laughlin property (forget
which one it is) so I should be able to use them here.

I seem to remember John Kelly recommending the coffee shop here, or
maybe it was the Venetian I'm thinking of (and THAT is the best
coffee shop in Vegas IMHO).

We enjoyed the Border Grill and House of Blues in March. As I recall, the
prices were a little more reasonable at the Border Grill. But if you have
the POV and are there at lunch time, there is a 2 for 1 for HOB.

Haven't been in a while, but have dined several times at Border Grill. It's
quite good -Superior to the defunct GVR location--and not your typical
taqueria or Tex-Mex cuisine. Don't know if you can use One Club comp
dollars there.

It was the Venetian's Grand Lux I like. I don't know much about MB's eats.
