Malfunction voids all plays ...??

Hello Everyone,

     We're new to this site and we were wondering if this has been
discussed in here before. Anyone hear any good stories on Jackpots
being voided because of machine malfunction ?? And what do you think
the odds are of getting your money ?? I know once when my wife was on
the Deuces Wild at Mohegan Sun Indian Casino in Ct ,she hit the 4
Deuces twice in three hands , and the attendant told her if she hits it
again they will shut the machine down . Of course she said "where were
you when I was out $200.00 , I guess the machine was working fine then,
you can have my machine when you pry my fingers off the buttons ".
     We started the "Tipping the Waitress " thread and was glad to get
all the feedback , we recommended this site to some of our friends too .

I can't recall hearing of any video poker malfunctions that
voided a payout. I have heard of slot machine disputes and
promotional disputes.

The odds of getting your money when a malfunction is
involved would depend on where it occurred and other
factors. Probably it's best not to have it happen at an
Indian casino.

There have been a couple cases in the new Pennsylvania casino's. The reels line up for the jackpot, but the casino didnt pay because the computer says it wasn't a jackpot. Some of the people got their money after they went to the Philadelphia TV station's with the story.
