I don’t think that “play x points get x $ promo cash. For
the last year my points on the machine at the end of the day were always over
2,000 points. I get $30 promo cash.
I posted earlier that marketing told me that “my theoretical”
was my problem. I wait to hear what they tell you.
One other thing. MS took everyone’s promo cash and left 0. What
they call your promo cash now is based on play x machine points. After the
change the money on the machine was what you had in your cash account only. I
contacted “Indiana Gaming Control”. They said that the casino can
do whatever it wants with promo cash, including keeping it all. The money
earned on the machine now is called “promo points”.
