According to a post in the Las Vegas Advisor recently, Majestic Star
Casinos LLC failed to make a $24 million interst payment on time,
according to documents filed Friday with the Securities and Exchange
Commision. The interst payment was due Oct. 15, and the grace period
expired Friday. Failure to make payment on time means creditors could
foreclose on the company's assets which include Majestic I and II.
