**** People on my forum have complained about the downgrading of video

Last year my wife and I received 3x or 5x points once a month. They were
always on a Monday or Thursday. This time we both have 5x next Thursday. In
the past if my wife had Monday and I had Thursday she would get 5x points on
Monday only. I would get 5x points on Thursday only. It appears that the
computer only gave multi-points on the day that you were told in the mail.
