The "sure win" promo there today from 1PM through 6PM was a nightmare. When
I left at 4:20PM the wait to redeem the postcard was TWO HOURS!! At 1PM it
took me an hour (missing my 1:30PM bus).
Did you get more than $15 min. for your trouble?
