Majestic Star slot club question

On the Majestic Star website they list four player cards but there are
no links from the cards.

Club Majestic
Star
Super Star
Silver Star – for us old folks

What are the requirements for the different levels?

The first three are:
Red (Basic)
Blue (Star) 3000 points evry six months.
Black (Super Star) 5000 points every six months.

$10 on VP or $5 on slots equals 1 point.
1 point equal 1c cashback.

I do not know of a special card for Silver Star. They just put a
sticker on your card. They have a monthly slot tournament for all
Silver Star members who earn 1000 points the previous month which is
a $15,000 free roll.

For example Harrahs is a one year period but always starts JAN 1.
