I was there at 1:30 PM. The progressive was shut down around 2:45 PM and was not back up when I left after 4 PM. When it was shut down it was at $2199.
Note: As I indictaed on vpfree2, the best game to play is 8-5-30 "Bonus" Poker but most were playing 9-5 DDB. Not only does 9-5 DDB start more than 0.6% lower EV but with a high progressive, you play AT suited and you hold all 3RF over all high pairs so you get fewer 4 of a kinds. (When that room was the Ditka Bar, I remember once playing 9-6 jacks with the progressive while all seven other players were playing 9-5 DDB which shows you that most people do not have a clue.)
Other MS1 notes: What used to be the main VP area is back open with slots only.
The high limit slots room is now closed for remodeling. That contained eight $1 Game Kings with good VP. I will wait until the room reopens before I change the database.

Was at Majestic Star today. The quarter progressives in the middle of the VP room on Majestic Star 1 was over $2000 at noon today. The progressive meter went up $120 in just the three hours I was at the boats.
