Today, my mother was the victim of robbery in a Majestic Star
washroom. She hung her purse on the hook provided and while she was
doing her business, someone reached over inro the stall, took her
purse and removed about $75 from it and then threw the purse back
into the stall and ran out. She was not harmed and her cell phone
and credit cards were not stolen. Security does not have bathroom
survelance so they could not do a thing.
Women: just be aware of this and protect your purse.
Majestic Star problem
Thanks for the warning. They only recently installed new stalls with hooks on the doors. I wonder why they didn't place the hooks lower (like Harrah's does) so that someone could not reach over and grab the purse.
