As I said, Ameristar is a completely different company. The Majestic Star in Gary IN is the only Chicago Area casino offering good VP below the $1 level.
(See the vpfree2.com lists - I maintain the list for the Majestic Star.) Four Winds in New Buffalo MI has very few 9-7DB at the 25c level which is the only other house in the area with 99%+ games below $1.
Blackhawk has both Ameristar and a Fitz., neither of which had much good VP remaining.
