I should have probably listed this sooner:
#11349 - single line $1/$2/$5 Five Star machine in the main video poker room has been shutdown for almost a month. I have added ***MIA to the start of the location note for all games on this machine.
Also between last Monday and today, the Split-Card game next to it has also been shutdown. This machine is not in the database (sub 99% games).
