So far the remodel of the vp room has added nine “All Star II” machines. The only barely playable game on these is STP 10-6-5 DB.
Still some games on the back wall not yet active. Will check those later. I have updated the database.

Are the two older machines (game makers) that have pick em still in back left corner?
Yes but beware that those games are nowhere close to full pay. On Pickem both the straight and trips are shorted. The 10k on the royal does not make up for that. vpfree2 shows this version of pickem as 96.69%.

Hey Howard,
Thanks for the detailed updates; you are one of the most thorough monitors I’ve seen on here. When doing this latest check, did you notice if they still had the two old STP slant tops in the back right corner?
None of the games had 99%+, but they did have 9/5 JoB for nickels, one of the best nickel units I have seen anywhere w/STP. Hope they’re still there.
Bad News: the two STPs in the back right are gone.
Good News: The three All Star IIs at the entrance to the room have nickel STP 9-5 Jacks+.

Thanks Howard! Not sure if the one extra unit is better overall since I’ll have to fight vs. people wanting to play some other game, but it’s definitely better than them yanking the game completely!
Actually the two original units were moved to slightly left of center on the back wall over a year ago and taken out about three weeks ago.
A number of (9 on MS1 and 8 on MS2 so far.) “All-Star II” units with many “gimmick” games were installed. The 25c 10-6-5 DB on these is the only 99%+ game.
Most of these are only 8-5 on 5c & 10c jacks and all are 9-5 on 25c jacks. You also have 15 “All Star I” units at the bars on both boats with very poor pay tables.
Some new games were not turned on as of last Wednesday on the right side of the rear wall on the MS1. I will not be out there until the end of this week to look at them as I am nursing a bronchial infection in my throat.

I knew about the paytables but there were other games on there that I liked as well and are hard to find. In particular the “pattern keno” game that was on them. I said was on them because I stopped in there yesterday and they were removed, in fact quite a few changes were going on in that room at the time. The slot techs working said removed for good.
Thanks,
Paul.
Hi Paul: I was there on Tuesday. I noticed that the six games in a carousel on the MS2 were shut down. The only one of that group that I listed was the Super Triple Play. I go to the Majestic Star via the Asia Tours bus and several passengers have complained about removal of keno games especially 5c games. This group really does not care about keno because the best any of those return is 95%. I will be back there tomorrow and if need be, I will update the database. It seems silly to remove the Super Triple Play game as it got very strong play and the best games on it are barely over 99%.
