1. MS will write cheques for large jackpots. I found out firsthand
recently. 
2. The cashback for the 2X points promotion on Tuesdays for $1 play is
handled differently. Despite what last month's glossy literature
indicated it is *NOT* "on-the-spot" cashback. According to the
managers on duty, the 2X cashback is not registered in their system
until 24 hours later which means it is unavailable when leaving the
casino on a Tuesday. Obviously this makes no sense, but I was not
inclined to fight with them over this. At any rate be advised to have
an accurate count of your points when leaving the casino.
3. MS monthly coupons. I have not yet received mine. Usually they
arrive with one week to go in the current month. I hope mine aren't
smoldering under a bridge somewhere. Anyone else receive their coupons?
4. Don & Mikes can still be excruciatingly cold. Be prepared.
