Majestic Pines - Black River, Wi - report

You can pretty much scrap the entire database for this casino in
western Wisconsin. All the old machines have been removed. Here's
what I found...

When you enter the casino, on the right side you'll find a bank of
12 Gamemaker uprights that have games in nickel to quarter
denominations. These are 20 coin max bet games. Best game on them
is 96.77% Colorado Deuces.

Near the back of the casino you'll find the rest of their
videopoker. There is a bank of 8 GameKing upright MP $1 machines
where you'll find the best play in the casino. $ 8/5 JOB
progressive. Progressive resets at $4000. Rest of the games on
these machines were worse.

There is another bank of vp to the left of this bank with a mix of
machines. 3 Multi strikes with terrible pay tables (nickel to
quarter). 4 3/5 play machines (best game is 5 play 95.25% bp
deluxe) (again nickel to quarter). A couple 100 play (penny or 2
cent) with horrible pay schedules. And a handful of other MP/MD
(nickel to quarter) with nothing better than 96% games.

Finally, at the bar in the back of the casino there are about 8
bartops. I was unable to check them out because they were full.
However, doing a little snooping over peoples' shoulders I didn't
see anything good. I assume more 96ish% stuff.

Best play in the place is blackjack. Double any first 2 cards,
Double after split, resplit aces, no surrender.

Casino also offers bingo. No other table games.

Majestic is tied in with the Ho-Chunk nation (WI Dells) so cashback
is the same (.2%). Slot flyer says "Every 500 points is $10" so I
assume you need 500 points before you can start taking cashback.

Slot card also gets you 10% off at buffet, 10% off hotel, 10% of
gift shop.

Unsure if they still hand out $10 on your birthday. I'll report
if/when I find out.

TAPPER

-Just wanted to add to the report. Was there last week. The 12
upright IGT nickels have two other games which actually have a
higher ER of 96.79 on Double Double bonus and they have 8/6 jacks or
better at 98.39(?). But all other inventory sounds right.

The some with the inventory at it's bigger sister casinos invetory.
It's changed. The best game I saw at Ho-Chunk in the Wis. Dells was
3/5 play 7/5 Bonus poker in nickels, quarters and dollars. Maybe 8-
10 machines. I give a better update if I get down there.
