bounceback cash, neither I nor my friends have seen any mailings
whatsover. Can anyone advise us?

My wife and I have been getting weekly checks for years, supplemented
by monthly "loyalty" bonuses. Dozens of others we know have too. If
you are running at least 2500 a week thru the Majestic's machines,
you should be receiving a little something in the mail. Check with
the slot club people.

A host at Majestic has promised to investigate the absence of cashback mailings on my account. She also stated that the present card will be soon be replaced by a new version, and there will also be a premier card also. She was completely vague, however, as to both the benefits of the premier card and the requirements for being upgraded, and indeed it appears that Majestic will not go to a points system but will award comps and other benefits, if any, based on subjective criteria.
