Majestic - Cashback Comps for VP Players?

Hi All,

I play at Majestic, and for years have recieved a booklet for mon-tue-wed & Fri-Sat flat cash comps (like 120-$60 a session). This month I either didn't get mine, or it got lost in the mail. The Web Site card comparison says the VP play is excluded from "cashback multipliers". Q: does anybody know if these events are correlated? Ie: have any of you had your cashback cut as a result of being a VP player?
Thanks in advance if you can help.

I played there for a long time until they started cutting offers. I would give them about 30k in action and would get 100 dollar free play coupons. I kept my play the same for months and then started to get a packet of 30 dollar fp coupons. I have not been there in three months and received an august mailer last week and they bumped them up to 60 dollars a piece. They really have some messed up marketing formulas they are using there. Of course I believe all the good vp is gone now and vp has been ineligble for multi point days for about the last year.

Cashback multipiers have been excluded for more than a year but their
equipment cannot handle that so you get the multipliers anyway. They found
the way around that by cutting the pay tables on the games even more than
the extra 0.3% the multipliers gave to the "Access" card holders. My mom got
no promo this month and everybody else I talk to were either cut or
eliminated. YUCK!!!

I've been trying to figure out the Star's cash back program for years. The only vague correlation I've come up with is a big win often leads to cash back reductions 2 or 3 months later. Of course, now that most VP pay tables have been incinerated, it really doesn't matter any more.

The data base for Caesars Palace shows the best full pay vp to be 9/6 JB at the
$5.00 level. Does anyone know what the best $1.00 game is either single line or
multi-line including spin poker. For example, is there 5 play, 9/6 DDB (or is
9/5 the best that CP offers)?

Thanks.

7/5 BP is the best $1 I have seen there. Scattered throughout

I know this specific machine and have played it a couple of times.

However, strange as it may seem, that specific machine has been "changed" during several of my LV trips. Yes, I am not sure if the actual machine was moved, or if only the face-plate and "guts" were changed.

When I would ask about it, the floor people claimed no knowledge of why that was done.

Have others noticed this phenomenon and received an answer as to why it was changed?

Uh! Just so as to not cause misunderstanding, the disappearances and re-appearances of this SpinPoker machine at CP seem to be random and temporary. Some trips it would be there, some trips not. Sometimes it would disappear in the middle of a trip. Other trips it might re-appear.
