Main Street Station (Vegas) deals

I visit Vegas a few times a year. Recently, I've gotten around four
separate offers through the mail for Main Street Station. They're on
the order of 3 free nights (incl weekends) plus an additional perk,
like a free tourney, $50 food comped up front, or double points.

I played quarter FPDW at MSS a couple months ago. I put through I'd
guess 2 to $3000, lost lots, got a seafood buffet comp & that was
that. I've also in recent months stayed at Fremont (on a free mail
offer) for 4 nights, & put through around $2000 a day mostly on
quarter pick'em. I understand Fremont is under same ownership as MSS,
so maybe this helped trigger some offers.

My question is this. I'd really like to become a steady customer of
MSS. So I'm tempted to do a quick weekend trip on one of their
offers, just so I can rack up some points & make sure the offers keep
coming. On the other hand, if I were confident that they'll continue
sending me these mail offers for a while, I'd just as soon wait a few
months, catch my breath from my recent trips, & hit MSS during the
summer.

Does anyone have knowledge or experience with Main Street Station
offers? Do I need to take advantage of one of these mailed freebies
quickly to make sure they don't dry up?

Main Street Station has been our favorite since they reopened 4-5 years ago.
We get to Vegas at the most 3 times a year. We get offers from them almost
monthly. I am a quarter player and sometimes haven't even spent that much
time in that casino while staying there so I would say that you will
continue to get offers (usually the 3 free nights, usually double points and
usually they are happy to comp at least one meal a day) regardless of
whether you go back there in the near future.
It is my favorite because it is small enough, the buffet is very good, the
people are friendly and they have some decent vp.

give you some free nights.
we stayed there in Jan with 3 nights free for us and 3 nights free for my
mother in law.

Not to worry Stuart. It has been my experience that they will
continue to send you regular offers for a very long time. Waiting
until you get one for summer should be no problem. And if you don't
get one for the exact dates you want, simply call a host and they
will likely set you up with a room comp for when you wish to visit.
Mentioning that you have been getting offers won't hurt. Only
disadvantage is that the host won't be able to get you the double
points or food credits stated in any offer you may have gotten. Of
course, if you play enough, they will be happy to write food comps
for you during your stay.
