I think you do get a scratch card for 5 of a kind as long as you only
have 1 deuce. I also believe 4 deuces will get you a scratcher!

Yes, I misread the question. Let's say, any natural four of a kind
within a hand gets the scratch card and also SF and RF.
For the purposes of the scratch card promotion, the 5 of a kind with one deuce or with a joker on jokers wild is considered to be a natural 4 of a kind.
