Main Street Station scratch cards

Hi. I understand that Main Street Station give you a scratch card
whenever a natural 4OAK is hit when playing VP. How are the cards
obtained when playing at a machine or a bar top.

If you are at a machine just hit the service button. At the bar tops, flag down the bartender who will call over someone on the radio.

Also if you get Natural Straight Flush, and any 300 coin jackpot on a
slot machine.
