True, the AC units are not central air and do cycle loudly. But it is
supposed to drown out the highway and train noise outside. I will take this (these)
distractions over the Rio.
My one and only visit occured last November under the Winterfest slot tourney
invite. I can't imagine staying actually on the strip for all those
heliocopter rides, plus the Rio's musical beat pulsing all night (OK, 3am).
