A bit weak? That is an understatement. You just got to wonder why they
even bother to send out such an offer? A whole quarter off a gift shop
purchase? The funny one is the free ride on the train. I guess you
don't have to give them the normal fare as per the sign: "Fare, one
smile". Be sure you show the conductor your mailer so you are not
required to smile.

The Trop Express has been getting ripped off on the fares for the
train for years now. It is extremely common to see people getting
onto the train without smiling.
