A wheel is a very basic symbol, whose behaviour is permanently
engraved in our minds. Using it to convey a behaviour that is
untypical of the wheel is deceptive.

The most "deceptive" ones are the Blackjsck ones. There are at two versions
I have seen. You make a side bet, hit a Blackjack, then get to activate the
wheel. "Wheel of Madness" was one. Another is currently in play at the
Edgewater in Laughlin. They, at most have 12 results. I don't have any
expectation I have a 1/12 chance of hitting the top payoff.

What is interesting is the game pays-off at 3:2 for a Blackjack. This must
be part of the approved rules. This carnival-circus game could be the best
version of BJ at the lowest minimum on the casino floor. It usually is at the
Edgerwater, a $2 game.

W-O-F has the one white sliver at what a 1000 payoff? I do not have any
expectation that this one white piece of the pie will show-up equally. I do have
the expectation it will show up randomly.
