M/Sun promotion

I've stopped participating in these promotions. They are a joke and one of
the few things that Mohegan management does poorly, at least for the
regular players that give them a descent amount of action. I had played
these things for about 2 years and never got anything.

I have won these promotions 4 times (three for 20 and once for 10)
and still have not gotten a quad at PE in the old poker room.

In the new October promo, you want to get a low card (5 or lower),
since any # adding up to 21 gets you 100 points. The person next to
me got a 5; you only need two of those. However, the vast majority
of people get a 6-9.
