a screw-up. I don't think it is, I think it is their new system. This is
actually the second month for me on the $75.00 coupons when I was expecting alot
more.
I had a RF in July and thought maybe that lowered my BB for Sept. I did not
know what it was based on. I still don't get it.

You need to speak to Jessica Mayeaux. I'm waiting to hear back from
her after submitting a spreadsheet for my July & August session
results. Clearly there was something wrong about how my coupons were
calculated and it's possible others were affected in the same way. As
has been mentioned previously the "theoretical" seems to give
excessive weight to playing on machines with poor paybacks. So people
cycling a tiny fraction of my coin in are receiving $75-100 more per
week in coupons. That's not right and I'm hoping Jessica can
straighten it out so I won't have to consider giving up vp at MS.
