I think if the threat of additional casinos become a reality it might force
FW and MS into offering some type of cash back. The casinos being proposed are
much closer to NY nad would put alot of pressure on MS and FW.

There is very little ~100% VP (which I define as PKM or better) in AC except for Ballys.
I think that is in part because of the cash back in AC. Personally, I would prefer to
play PKM with no cash back and decent comps over JoB with cash back that isn't big
enough to get close to the same expected value that most AC casinos offer.
