Cash is king but the bottom line is how much you end up getting out of the
casino. I simply do not get as much out of Vegas casinos now than I did 5
years old. Remember when TI had .66% cash back and an equal amount of
comps? Now I believe it is .33% and comps are lower. Granted that the
casino gets a break on meals but the comp to me is the cost of the meal.
I would love to get .66% cash back and maybe .56% comps rather than the
1.12% comps at Mohegan Sun but it won't happen in Connecticut nor in
Nevada...at least at my play level.

Whoa partner!! I did not say m/s was a bad place to play. It happens
to be my casino of choice over the local competition--by far and away!
My point is------They give NO Cash back..... Nearly ALL casinos of
note in just about all juristictions GIVE CASH BACK. To wit: latest
poll on VP Free: Including Cash Back as part of your WINNINGS, YES
the cash does matter. I happen to be in the food service industry and
must tell you those "gourmet dinners" costing $150.00 for two most
likely cost the casino thirty dollars. I also enjoy them, along with
the gas, shows etc etc.,however cash in the pocket is king. In con-
clusion I meant no slight on both our favorite casino--but the fact
remains both Fox and M/S gross more than (a guess) 10-25 times the
revenue of any other casino in America, this being said-We the players
are being short changed...I sure could have used some compensation
after my rather large loss last week. Good luck!vpFREE Links: http://www.west-point.org/users/usma1955/20228/VP/Links.htm
