I'm not sure why there is all of this bitching about MS. Their comp rate is
higher then the combined cash / comp rate of any casino I know of. I was there
last weekend, two nts in a suite, 2 gourmet dinners, show tickets, gifts and
gas, all paid for by points. In fact, I've never paid for a room, meal, show or
gift at MS.
They've also increased their mailings with $400 pt for the holidays, $59 &
$39 room offers and slot tourneys. It is also one of the most gorgeous casinos
and hotels that I've been to.
My only concern is that the machines are legit and don't have a modified
chip. On my last trip, I noticed that the machines say they are leased from IGT.
If that is the case then IGT would be responsible for the maintenance of the
machine and there would be no way for MS to modify the chip.
