A very minor point: one could play min-cost-royal strategy instead of max-EV strategy, in which case the 10,000 coin strategies would always be correct. Also, one could maximize session EV rather than per hand EV (by adding the meter rate to the starting meter and always playing that strategy, similar to the logic involved with multistrike strategies).
