I have cashed out several large tickets (more than $1200) at casinos
all around and never had anyone question it except about 5 years

require one. She got her supervisor over who agreed with me. Never
had the issue come up again.
Paperwork is required for a single win that is $1200 or more. If
you cash out for 1200 made up of
several wins it would not create any paperwork.
