LVSun - Herbst expanding with Midwest riverboat deal
Last time I checked (2002) the Frontier casino in St. Joseph, Missouri, was pretty worthless (no playable VP, minimal comps, below average buffet, no mailings that I can remember, etc., etc.) I know Terribles in Las Vegas isn't great for serious VP players, but their taking over the Frontier pretty much has to result in some sort of improvement.
