LVSun - Attorney sues Las Vegas casino over ejection
I found this quote interesting:
Feldman called the suit "a very creative way of hiding the fact
that he doesn't want to play by the rules ... if you don't play by
the rules, you'll be asked to leave."<<<<<<<
He must be talking about the rule that says only the casino is
allowed to have the advantage.

Sounds like an intersting suit. The article implies that the suit
complains of false or misleading advertising in California.
"The casinos have an unpublished policy of barring skillful players.
The implication is that winning players are welcome. Just the
opposite is true."
However, I seriously doubt that any advantage player does not know
that Nevada casinos are "at will" establishments who can bar anybody
for any reason they choose under Nevada law. Therefore I see this
suit as an attempt by a bottom feeding California trial lawyer to
attempt to subvert Nevada law and practices by attacking it
collateraly under the ultra-liberal California courts who evidently
have little respect for the law of other jurisdictions or private
property rights.
On the other hand if this attorney did nothing wrong but was merely
a "counter", I am troubled by him being photographed without his
permission and the photograph being circulated. However, the
casino's comment seems to imply that more than counting was
involved. Awaiting further juicy developments in this battle of
aplha preditors.

This happens everyday to card counters. It's called 'getting flyered'.
