I generally agree with Mobil, although the Big B might warrant some 5*
consideration, in spite of the fact that their restaurants (save
Picasso) are overrated and ridiculously overpriced, and their gaming
staff is supremely arrogant (and IMHO, unjustifiably so). Hotel ops
are outstanding there, however.
Nice to see Steve Wynn, who wasn't always the best hotelier but no
doubting his vision as a casino operator, Gamal Aziz, who is
considered a rising star in the MGM Mirage organization, and Alex
Stratta, whose culinary skills are nonpareil, all getting recognition
from the article.
