The Fertitta family currently controls about 27% of STN. The
interesting thing about this proposed deal is that it brings in
Colony Capital, which I think is the same company that bought the
Las Vegas Hilton.

No, Frank and Lorenzo Fertitta are officers. We, the stockholders own the
co., STN on the NYSE, up $15.80 today, 40% in the last month, although a
severe 20 cent slide in the overnight trading so far. Looks like Wall
Street likes the proposal.
