I know exactly what this deal is. Currently there's a casino/hotel on the
west side of i15 and a casino/hotel plus a prison on the east side. In order to
create more balance and as there's a shortage of property in the entire
area, true, the coyote population is dwindling due to good old boys in pickup
trucks shooting them at night causing the Nevada state legislature to pass
legislation and put up barriers to protect the little pups, MGM Mirage plans on
building a community/hotel/casino named "Advantage Player Dance Hall Casino
Hotel Haven" It's actually a consortium by several large hotel corporations as
the final elimination area for AP's. Private jokes among casino owners go
something like "AP's dance in but they don't dance out" But there's more...
Anonymous sources close to the anonymous vpFREE administrator told me that
for years, Jean Scott and Bob Dancer, unsatisfied with podcasts and profits
have been in negotiation with the BLM and Union Pacific Railroad to buy as much
land as possible between Primm and Jean. Jean wants to build a town next to
Jean called "Jean Town". It will be sort of like Sam's Town but much longer.
Bob is eyeing a couple of dry lakes in the area. "Water Town" is already
copyrighted by Area 51 so.... "Dance Town?" Not so far fetched. Bob has a
background in the socal aerospace industry so a dry lake could be both a secret base
and a tourist attraction plus the obligatory hotel casino theme.
JT, he's waiting for the dealerless electronic poker tables to come to all
Vegas card rooms
