No sympathy for Randy Black from me. Back in 2004 & 2005, he decimated
what was a very playable VP landscape in the Casablanca and the Oasis.
Took out all the good games AND doubled the coin-in to earn a point.

So lets see..Black's casinos which offer limited VP and no CB,and
Eureka casino which according to VPFree database/ casino web site
would require $24,000 in coin in to get a comped room in little 'ol
Mesquite have seen declining incomes. Wonder why ?
