LVRJ - LV Jury awards $8 million to California high roller
I disagree with Anthony Curtis. Casinos who lie, cheat and
steal should be thankful they are not put out of business. An
8 million dollar fine for this kind of behavior sounds like it
might just deter them from this particular trick next time. Crimes
such as this must have punishments that are extreme to make the
risk/reward equations favor the legal action, since the ethics
have no influence on such decisions.
