LVRJ - Judge: FBI can't force casinos to release records

I don't mind if anybody knows I frequent LV--or rent porn movies, or use the
bathroom. I just want to be the one who decides who knows.

I am writing this as a right-wing Republican who vociferiously supported
AuH2O and RR--and also sepnt 5 years as an IRS agent--which morphed me into a
fanatical civil libertarian, probably to the left of the ACLU. And it didn't help
matters when I read Nat'l Goegraphic's 11/03 front page artical "Watching
You: The Hi-Tech World of surveillance. NG makes Chicken Little and the
Electronic Frontier Foundation seem naievely idealistic, in comparison.

My nickname for that is "TRIVIAL Pursuit".

Frankly, I'm a hell of a lot more annoyed that we still have dry counties and stupid laws that limit how much beer a person can transport in a dry county. I have to drive 50 miles round-trip to buy beer, but I'm not allowed to bring more than a case back home at a time. Hell, they can take all the pictures of me they want -- just let me make a trip worthwhile.

Cheers.
