This article cracked me up, particularly the part about the Republican
who complained that NV was "becoming like California".
1) LV is essentially an exurb of LA; in short, it's already like CA.
Politically speaking, CA is blue on the coast, and red inland.
2) Clark County generally voted in favor of #4 and opposed #5; the
rest of the state, which demographically is as red as it gets,
preferred #5.
3) I don't think it will affect the industry bottom line that much,
and you will see outdoor smoking gaming areas in casinos.
