I went over and read the article.

This is the kind of stupid idea that only furthers the fragmentation of society into more special-interest groups. For Blacks to have their own place (Moulin Rouge) in the 50s made sense, because legally they were excluded from other properties in those days. Since then, Las Vegas casinos have become the essense of inclusion, where people of all types rub elbows without a second thought. So now a possible gay hotel? Haven't minority groups, including gays, been demanding their rights as parts of mainstream society?

Well, I'm part of a minority group that wants all full pay machines. Moreover, my group wants quarter machines that pay off in dollars! We don't want to have to blow $400 in order to earn enough points for a 9.99 buffet. We want it as a "thank you" for staying at your crummy place. Along with free booze. And make it the good stuff, not that turpintine you serve the people who come in on the bus. And fer cryin out loud, put the logos back on your ashtrays so that they're attractive again to those of us who want to steal them! The towels, too.

These are the things my group wants. Build it and we will come.
