Harry,Steve is a friend of mine and you have the story all wrong.He
was playing a $5 machine that was giving points like it was a $100
machine.It was giving 20times more points than it should.It had
nothing to do with hopper fills or anything of that nature.He was
playing a negative expectation machine that became very positive
only because of the cash back he was earning.He got lucky and hit a
20,000 royal and was stuck about $3000 at the time.So he won about
$17,000 on the machine legitimatly but never did get to collect the
$10,000 in cash back that he had earned.JOHN

My apologies to Steve and the group. I took the LV Sun article at
face value. It should have occurred to me that when the press reports
on gambler activity they rarely have the facts straight.
You can tell Steve if he's around LV this weekend and our paths cross
that he can haul me out into the back alley (or back room, as it were)
and give me my due!
