"Railroad Pass has license No. 4. Nos. one and two were never issued.
No. 3 didn’t last."

What does that mean?

It is the oldest Casino.

That's not quite accurate. The Golden Gate opened in 1906. According
to the article, the Railroad Pass is the oldest casino that has been
continuously in operation, but it can't be by much and I'm not
convinced it's true, since the Golden Gate reopened its casino in the
same year.

The Marcus Suan mentioned in the article used to be the GM at Casino Montelago. He was the guy that had me trespassed from CM and refused to pay me my cash back. This was the only time I had to go through Gaming Control to get my money. My only sin appeared to be playing video blackjack on multi point days. Beware.
