Was this in the Review-Journal?

Aren't bars legally responsible not to serve drinks to an alcoholic?
Or is that just "too many" drinks to anyone? But then, I've never
heard of anyone volunteering to get barred from a bar.

In some states the bars are legally responsible for
serving someone who is drunk BUT not in the state of
NV. A person is responsible for their own actions.
