The coast casinos bought the employees parking lot next to the casino
from Nevada Power for 9 mil before merging with Boyds. Lots frontage
along Paradise Rd(??) .
I think they sell if Boyd's exec's are running the company, They will
keep & develop the property if the Coast execs are as they seem to be
more agressive in expanding & most of the increse in Boyds stock is
from Coast earnings.
Per the merger, Coast runs Coast & Boyds run Boyds but who runs the
entire company ? We may get a hint now.
Per previous rumor Coast turned down 2 offers to sell BC for 50 mil
