We can still make deposits with new companies like "Joe's Adult Visa Debit
Card", in a country nobody has ever heard of. Poker Stars sent me instructions
to hook up with a similar card that were like a secret treasure hunt. Stars
said to not tell my bank I was doing it for gaming purposes but "just opening
an overseas Visa card."
