No, of course not. We are governed by group of spineless people who don't
make difficult decisions in light of what is best, only addressing frivolous
fluff, and they then exempt the government from compliance.
The total hypocrisy of government tax dollars for tobacco subsidies, tax
dollars for health issue research, tobacco tax...and merely doing what is
right is not found in our government.
I personally believe this is manifested in the shear disgust of
conservatives giving the do-nothings their walking papers in the 06
election. Elections are won by the incremental vote that vacillates between
candidates. The conservatives were voted out because of their shameful
do-nothing record.
No wait, I'm being bitter, we're safe from online casinos according to the
Port Security Act of 2006.
One isn't a trend, it's an anomaly.
