LVRJ - 4.1 Quake shakes downtown Reno

We were in our room on the 16th floor of the Peppermill when the quake hit.
The building was actually swaying and the hanging clothes in the closet were
swinging back and forth. It lasted quite a while.

The people in the casino didn't seem to know it happened. I heard the quake
was worse up near Boomtown.

I was in my room at the ElDO last Friday night when a 4.7 quake hit ! It shook the room for about 10 seconds ! It was scary but no need for evacuation. I kept hearing locals talk the next day about purchasing earthquake insurance, whose cost has gone really high in that area overnight !
