I was there from 6/20 to 6/23. The slot club rep told me that so long
as the card reader indicated "accepted" a session record will be
created that will be transfered to their new system. I will be calling
them on Monday to verify that my play was accurately tracked (I had to
check out before the data was transferred to their new system). I gave
them a lot of action on Joker 2-Pair so I'd be mightily annoyed to
find out it wasn't recorded. I let them know that another casino
(Circus-Circus to be precise) stiffed me on the tracking of my play
and that I no longer play there as a result. Hilton's slot club seemed
sensitive to this issue and I got the sense that they're being very
careful not to botch this so I'm guardedly optimistic.

My conversation with a casino marketing rep is posted
in the database. I'll be there July 17-20 on the
Neiman-Marcus deal, so I'll see how things are
firsthand then.
