Turns out that when they combined the slot club account and the comp
account that only half of the amount that should be going into the
one
account was actually going in. To make a very long explanation I
was
given short, they screwed up and now realize it. I was told that
letters of apology would be going out to some unhappy customers
starting
this week and that points would be added to their accounts.
While booking a trip to LVH today my (unnamed) host said that all of the
