LVH

I received a call from my host, Iselda, who asked why I wasn't at the "Out
of the Blue Tournament" - reason was I never booked it. I don't know why she
was confused and thought I would be there.

At any rate I mentioned to her I had heard bad things about the cashback
and change in point requirements (theoretical) and that I probably wouldn't
be back until I heard something good.

She said I should write to let her know my complaints, but I said I
couldn't complain because I was only going on hearsay.

Bottom line is that anyone who has been to LVH and had problems and
noticed lower cashback, etc, should write their hosts. Or Write mine if you want
- Isela Escobedo.

When I spoke to her she seemed surprised about the negative comments,
although it was obvious that she'd heard some people complaining about changes
in the theoretical for the baccaret tournament and other things.

This always bothers me in a big way. Why write a letter when I just
told YOU? It's like saying if you do not follow my rules for
conveying your concern it will not be addressed.

Last two casino exec.s I wrote too did not even get the letters I
sent. Joe Hasson says his "lieutenants" handle that stuff. These
places have a real system in place to keep problems from traveling to
the top, so problems get buried.

MSS implemented their theo comp system but insisted publicly that
nothing had changed. Writing a letter would not have helped.
