Amazing - in a real state, such a maneuver would be comsidered consumer
fraud and the LVH would be facing an investigation by the Attorney General. But
here in Nevada, "management reserves all rights" - even to commit fraud - and
the law apparently allows it. Good for you, Ted - you did the right thing by
not playing there. If everyone did that, garbage like the LVH is now doing
would cease.
